摘要
资源与环境是人类生存发展的基础,为了既满足现代社会经济发展的需求,又给后人留下永续的资源和良好的生态环境,重视资源节约和环境保护,实施可持续发展战略,推动循环型经济发展模式,已成为当今全球社会经济发展的主流趋势。
Resources and environments provide the basis of existence and development of mankind.To meet the economic development demand of modern society and leave the future generations the endless resources and the perfect ecological environment,we should attach importance to resources saving and environmental safeguard,implement the sustainable development strategy,and promote the development mode of recycling economy.All these have proved to become a main trend of the present-day social economic development in the world.
