扩招背景下研究生的培养与就业 被引量：13

摘要 　　近几年来,随着我国高等院校招生数量的急剧增加,研究生教育规模迅速扩大.据统计,1999年至2001年,我国研究生招生数年均增长35.9%.1999年,我国在校研究生规模为20多万人,到2003年这个数字达到了50万人,总体规模在4年间翻了一番多.研究生招生和培养规模的迅速扩大,凸现了研究生的就业问题.……
