胆囊肠上皮化生癌相关蛋白表达的研究 被引量:4

摘要 【目的】研究p16、p53、bcl-2蛋白在不同类型肠化生、异型增生、胆囊腺癌中的表达。【方法】应用免疫组化对30例慢性胆囊炎、43例肠化生、6例异型增生、12例胆囊腺癌进行了p16、p53、bcl-2蛋白测定,并采用HID粘液染色对43例肠化生分型。【结果】p53蛋白、bcl-2蛋白在结肠型肠化的阳性表达率显著高于其它类型肠化,且与其它各组相比较具显著性差异(P<0.05)。p16蛋白在胆囊肠上皮化生、异型增生和胆囊腺癌三组中的阳性表达率显著低于慢性胆囊炎组的表达(P<0.05),三者及肠化各型间差异不明显(P>0.05)。【结论】癌相关蛋白p53、p16、bcl-2蛋白在肠化生粘膜的出现,提示胆囊粘膜肠化生与胆囊粘膜癌变关系密切,且结肠型肠化比其它类型肠化更具有与胆囊腺癌相类似的生物学性状。 【Objective】Study the expression of p16、p53、bcl-2 in deffrent intestinal metaplasia(IM) and dysplasia and carcinoma of gallbladder.【Methods】To determin p16、p53、bcl-2 in 30 chronic cholecystitis (CC),43 IM,6 dysplasia,12 carcinoma of gallbladder by immunohistochemistry,and to grouping 43 IM by HID.【Results】The positive result of p53、bcl-2 was significant higher in colonic type than other types(P<0.05).The positive result of p16 was significant lower in IM and dysplasia and carcinoma of gallbladder than CC(P>0.05).【Conclusion】p16、p53、bcl-2 appearance in IM,tell us IM closely with carcinoma of gallbladder,and IM in colonic type has affinis biological character as carcinoma of gallbladder than other types.
