试论运动技能迁移理论在田径技术教学中的运用

在田径教学和运动训练中,技能之间的迁移最容易被人忽视,但同时又与教学、训练效果息息相关。根据形成迁移或干扰的一般规律和内在联系,提出在教学中要注意遵循运动技能迁移规律,让学生充分运用已有的动作技能进行良性迁移与动作转换。

In track and field teaching and movement are trained,the migration between the skills is easiest to ignore,but at the same time closely linked with teaching,benefit of training.The foundation of this text forms universal law and inner link moved or interfered,propose that should pay attention to following technical performance and moving the law in teaching,let students fully use the existing movement skill to change benign migration and movement.
