通过调查研究,总结出学习跆拳道技术动作的四大特点和三个学习阶段,分析了影响学习跆拳道技术动作的主要因素,得出发展跆拳道技术动作的学习能力可以从学习心理指导、学习方法指导和培养良好的跆拳道学习习惯入手。

It can be concluded that there are four features and three stages during investigated and researched.What's more,there are three factors in the process.In order to improve the abilities of mastering movement,one should regulate psychology,train methods and develop good habits.
