河川沙塘鳢Odontobutis potamophila(Günther)卵黄蛋白原(Vtg)和卵黄脂磷蛋白(LV)生化特性的比较 被引量:1

摘要 通过分离纯化河川沙塘鳢Odontobutis potamoph ila(Günther)卵黄蛋白原(Vtg)和卵黄脂磷蛋白(LV)并用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(PAGE)确定其分子量,SDS-PAGE分析其亚基组成。结果显示卵黄蛋白原分子量为556.5kD,卵黄蛋白分子量为440kD。卵黄蛋白由6个亚基组成,分子量分别为:120、110、100、97.25、41.18、31.30 kD。卵黄蛋白原由5个亚基组成,分子量分别为:140 120 110 100 97.25kD。 Vitellogenin(Vtg) and egg yolk protein were purified and Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(PAGE) shows that the molecular weight of lipovitellin(LV) is 440kD and that of Vitellogenin(Vtg) is 556.5kD.SDSPAGE test shows that lipovitellin can be dissociated into 6 subunits:120,110,100,97.25,41.18,31.30kD and Vitellogenin can be dissociated into 5 subunits : 140,120,110,100,97.25kD.
