体育运动情境下体育教育专业新生心理健康状况的调查研究

The Research on the Mental Health of the Freshman Major in PE in Sports situation

为了解体育运动情境下我国体育教育专业大学新生心理卫生状况,从源头有重点有针对性的抓好学生心理问题预防及心理健康教育工作,本文采用Scl-90症状自测量表对来自全国十余个省、市的521名体育教育专业大一新生进行心理健康状况调查,并通过因子分析。本次调查未得出经常进行身体锻炼的体育专业学生心理健康状况好于其他专业学生的因果结论。这与已有的研究结论并不一致,揭示处于体育运动情境下的体育教育专业学生有其独特的心理特点。

For making sense of the psychological health of freshmen majoring in PE,and therefore taking main and related measures on preventing from their psychological problems and carrying on psychology education,the writer put the current psychology status of the PE freshmen,521 members or so from more than ten cities in China,into investigation by using Symptom Checklist 90(Scl-90).9 main elements drawn for this investigation,And finally it is proved that the PE freshman has the unique and special psychological characters.
