摘要
目的:研究三类六种头孢类抗生素在生理盐水、5%葡萄糖和葡萄糖氯化钠大容量注射液中的稳定性。方法:在15℃、25℃下,于0、0.5、1、2、4小时依照紫外分光光度法考察配伍液的外观和pH值以及含量的变化。结果:三类六种头孢类抗生素在不同注射液中4小时内稳定性均较好,外观和pH值无明显变化。结论:临床使用可根据病情予以选择。
Objective:To study the compatible stability of two kinds of ceftriaxone sodium、cefuroxime sodium and cefazolin sodium in injections of NS,5%GS and GNS.Methods:UV was designed to study the change of content of ceftriaxone sodium、cefuroxime sodium and cefazolin sodium after compatibility at 0,0.5,1,2,4hours in 15 ℃,25 ℃.Results:Stability of two kinds of ceftriaxone sodium?cefuroxime sodium and cefazolin sodium had no evident variation in three different injections during 4h.And there was no evident variation in appearance and pH.Concllusion:Two kinds of ceftriaxone sodium、cefuroxime sodium and cefazolin sodium can be used following the patient's conditionin clinic.
