赛格恩预防CHOP方案治疗非霍奇金淋巴瘤致胃肠道反应分析

Clinical study of tropisetron hydrochloride injection in the prevention of nausea and vomiting induced by CHOP regimen in the treatment of NHL

目的:观察赛格恩(国产盐酸托烷司琼注射液)防治非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)化疗所致恶心、呕吐的疗效。方法:34例病人随机分为A组和B组。A组:化疗前20分钟赛格恩5mg,静脉推注;B组:化疗前20分钟,苯海拉明20mg,肌肉注射,化疗后4小时、8小时,胃复安20mg,肌肉注射。结果:A组预防恶心有效率显著高于B组(88.2%vs67.6%,P<0.05),预防呕吐有效率亦高于胃复安组(91.1%vs70.6%,P<0.05)。赛格恩的主要不良反应包括便秘、头痛等,病人均能耐受。结论:赛格恩能较好的防治化疗所致恶心、呕吐。

Objective:To study the efficacy of tropisetron hydrochloride injection(THI) in the prevention of nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy in the treatment of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL).Methods:34 patients were randomly divided into A and B. For A group, THI was given at 5mg intravenously before chemotherapy. For B group diphenhydramine was applied at 20mg 20 minutes before chemotherapy and metoclopramide at 20mg 4 hours and 8 hours after chemotherapy intramuscularly.Results:The control rate of nausea in A group was 88.2 % , while 67.6 % in B group; the control rate of vomiting in A group was 91.1% , while 70.6% in B group. Patients can bear the main side effects of THI, such as constipation and headache. Conclusion:THI has the advantages of high efficacy in treating nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy.
