Analysis of and Reflection on the Adjustment of Agricultural Structure

农业产业结构调整是解决“三农”问题中的一个关键。但目前还存在不少问题,其中主要的问题是政府的职责不清和农民的市场主体地位残缺,造成长期以来农业产业结构调整的效果不好,所以从深层次上分析问题和探讨对策就显得十分重要。

The adjustment of agricultural structure is one the keys to solve the problem of “the Three Agriculture”(namely,the countryside,the agriculture industry,and the peasants).There exist many obstacles,of which the major one is the unclearness of the government responsiblity and the peasants' incompleteness of their principal part of market which hinders the adjustment of agricultural structure. Thus,it is important to analyse the problem and the countermeasures.
