摘要
随着高校后勤社会化改革的深化,制约高校后勤进一步发展的问题也逐步凸现出来,而人才的匮乏是其中的问题之一.因此,重视人才的培养,在高校后勤企业中注重职工继续教育的创新就显得非常重要.培植高校后勤企业的核心竞争力,促进高校后勤企业的健康发展,从而提高参与社会的竞争能力.
With the deepening socialized reform of college rear-service,these problems that restrict college rear-service's further development arise,among them the shortage of qualified workers is the most outstanding.Therefore,strengthening the training and education for rearservice staff is very significant in innovation of continuing education for rear-service staff.The article makes a research on cultivating the core competitive power of college rear-service enterprises as to promote the healthy development of them on the one hand and improving their capability to compete among the whole society on the other hand.
