摘要
从2003年开始,我校已经对大学英语分级教学进行了连续三年多的实践与探索.在这个过程中,我们取得了一些成绩,也面临着许多亟待解决的棘手问题.在问题面前,少数教师对分级教学产生怀疑.分析发现,通过分级教学,一方面做到了因材施教,有的放矢;另一方面,在分级教学中我们引入了强有力的竞争机制,使得学生对学习变压力为动力,更好地激发他们的学习热情;同时调动了教师教学的积极性和创造性,保证了教学质量的整体提高.
Since 2003,Yunyang Teachers' College has been carrying through the practice and research in graded teaching of College English.In the process,we have gained many achievements and met some certain difficulties in need to be settled.Confronted with the difficulties,a few teachers are doubtful of the graded teaching.Through analysis,we found that,by way of graded teaching,we have given lessons according to the levels of students' English and introduced competition system as to make students change pressure into impetus and arouse their enthusiasm in learning on the one hand and mobilized teachers' enthusiasm and creation in teaching and improved the comprehensive level of College English teaching.
