摘要
采用超声波法从佩兰中提取黄酮类化合物,通过正交实验研究了最佳提取条件,并建立了佩兰中总黄酮的光谱分析方法.本法的回收率为93.56%-101.50%,相对标准偏差小于0.20%.方法的准确度和精密度均令人满意,而且操作简便易行.
The ultrasonic method was employed in extracting flavonoids of Eupatorium fortunei Turcz.The optimum technical conditions were obtained by the orthogonal design test and the flavonoids were determined by specyrometric method.The results show that the recovery is 93.56%～101.50% and the coefficient of variation is 0.20%.
