对鞍山市体校学生膳食、营养状况的调查与分析

Analysis and Investigation of Meal Nutrition for Students of Anshan City Physical Culture School

为了解鞍山市体校学生的膳食营养状况是否能满足其发育与生活学习的营养需要,是否能与其运动训练任务相适应,我们对鞍山市体校学生膳食、营养状况进行了问卷调查.结果发现大多数学生在饮食健康投资上做得不够自觉和理性,缺乏科学指导,主食摄入不足,营养不均衡.针对体校学生的膳食、营养状况提出了加强健康饮食的建议,希望能够为体校学生科学地安排营养膳食提供可资参考的依据.

This article was researched on meal nutrition state for the students of Anshan city physical culture school,and carrying on questionnaire investigation.The results show that most the students are on inactive and unreasonable behaviors on health care,so on.It is thus hoped to provide health diet of the students.This is good for improve the students health status,recovery of physical tired and improve students' sport score with importance realistic meaning.Meanwhile,this article hope to offer the basis judgment of arrange the nutrition meal for the students of Anshan city physical culture school.
