摘要
本文从课程实施层面探讨了三级课程管理体制下教师课程决策权问题。在着重分析了制约教师课程决策权享有和行使的诸多因素后,对国家、地方和学校以及教师个体如何采取措施保障教师有效实施课程决策权提出了建议。
This article concerns the teacher's power under the three administrative levels of curriculum management system from the perspective of curriculum implementation.Factors that affect teacher's power of curriculum decision are analyzed,and some suggestions are put forward on how to ensure teachers to execute his curriculum decision power for the state,the local,the school and the individual teacher.
