摘要
高压变压器是静电悬浮系统的关键元件之一。微晶合金C型铁心的采用使方波变压器的制作工艺变得简便,但铁心截面的切割质量和装配工艺对变压器的性能有着很大影响。该文从理论和实验两方面对这种影响进行了研究,提出了采用细砂纸手工研磨铁心截面的办法改善变压器的性能。测试表明,铁心研磨后变压器的静态功耗降低57.6%,通频带拓宽29%,出力系数提高8%。结果表明,铁心研磨的措施能够显著减小铁心切割对变压器性能的影响,这对于变压器的设计和性能优化具有重要参考价值。
High-voltage transformers are one of the critical parts in electrostatic suspended systems. Nanocrystaliine soft-magnetic alloy“C”cores can simplify the manufacture of square-wave transformers. However, this high permeability material is very sensitive to the air gaps between them, so the cutting quality and assembling technology of such cores can influence the transformer performances. The researches for this problem were made from theory and experiments, and the methods to reduce the influences were presented. Experiment results indicate that the static power consumption is reduced by 57.6%, bandwidth extended 29% and force-voltage factor increased 8% after core sections of a transformer are polished, which shows that the core polishing can reduce the influences of core cutting on transformer performances.
