A Study of the Core Qualities and Their Growing Conditions of the Reserves for the Party and the Government

党政后备人才成长的过程,实际上就是其素质培养及素质结构的健全和完善过程。本文运用唯物辨证法的基本原理和现代人才学的有关理论,深入分析了党政后备人才的核心素质及其成长条件,认为政治思维和哲学文化素养确立是新时期党政后备人才的核心素质,党政后备人才的成长过程必须遵循人才成长的综合效应原理和时势造就人才规律。

Actually,the growing process of the reserves for the Party and the Government is the process of improving and perfecting of their qualities′cultivation and structure.With the basic principles of dialectical materialism and relevant theories of modern science of personnel,this thesis gives a thorough analysis of the core qualities and their growing conditions of the reserves for the Party and the Government.Political thought and philosophy cultural accomplishments are established as the core qualities of the reserves for the Party and the Government in the new period.Furthermore,it puts forward the growing process of the reserves for the Party and the Government,which should keep to synthetic effect principles of the talent growth and the rules of times producing the talent.
