以往战术教学中对手铐使用仅仅作为一种单纯的技术训练,如果使技术和战术紧密结合在一起,不仅方便了操作者,更有利于执法的安全。以此为出发点,通过多年的教学实践,在以往手铐使用的技战术的优缺点基础上摸索出一种新的手铐使用方法,此方法动作要领易掌握,只要对方配合或基本配合,通过简单的口令,便控制对方的行动,使警察技战术训练更贴近实战,同时体现执法民警战术安全意识。

The using of manacles in the previous tactics teaching usually is a pute skill training. If the skill can be combined with the tactics, it is convenient and safe for the operators to handle lawfully. According to this and through teaching experience of many years, the author puts forward a new method which is based on the previous tactics.The method requires the cooperation of the two ponies. The operator speaks out some simple orders to control the opponent's action. The kind of police tactics training can be close to practical use and embody the consciousness of self-protection of police.
