取消行政审批后,基层民警对管制刀具管理在思想上、执法中存在许多误区。管制刀具管理应适应新形势发展要求,树立新型执法观念,改进管理方式,合理确定管理范围,完善界定标准,建立健全管理制度,正确处理违反管制刀具管理规定的行为。

After the administrative approval of restrained knives has been cancelled,the police have some misunderstandings in their executive process and thoughts.The management of restrained knives should adapt to the requirement of new situation.We police should set up new law-executing concept,improve management style,define the range of restraint,perfect the standard of definition,set up the whole management system and handle well the behavior of violating the management rules of restrained knives.
