摘要
采用HPLC法,测定了不同地区丹参的丹参酮ⅡA和丹酚酸B含量。结果表明:所检测的15个丹参品种,仅有5个品种的丹参酮ⅡA含量达到药典规定标准,而丹酚酸B含量普遍高于药典规定标准;丹参酮ⅡA与丹酚酸B之间没有正比关系,不能仅以一种含量作为衡量丹参品质优良指标;河南卢氏皱叶丹参及四川中江丹参的品质较好,性状稳定,可推广种植。
To evaluate the contents of tanshinone Ⅱ_A and salvianolic acid B in different accessions of salvia miltiorrhiza,HPLC method was used.The conditions of chromatograph:tanshinone Ⅱ_A:20RBAX SB-C18(4.6×150 nm) with a mobile phase of CH3OH-H20(75∶25).The detecting wavelength was 270 nm.salviamolic acid B:20RBAX SB-C18(4.6×150 nm) with a mobile phase of methanol-acetonitrile-formic acid-H_2O(30∶10∶1∶59).The detcting wave length was 286 nm.Only 5 contents of tanshinone Ⅱ_A in the roots of salvia miltiorrhiza can reach the standard of the《Chinese pharmacopoeia》(2005).All the contents of Salvianolic acid B have reached the standard of the《Chinese pharmacopoeia》.There is no linear relationship between the content of tanshinoneⅡ_A and the content of Salvianolic acid B.The quality of roots of salvia miltiorrhiza should be evaluated in both of the two aspects;the roots of salvia miltiorrhiza from Sichuan and Henan have more virtual components than the others.The two fine strains can be introduced.
