Study Advance of Canine Distemper Virus

从犬瘟热病毒的生物学特性、主要基因组及结构肽、在细胞上的繁殖、检测方法、免疫及防治研究进展方面进行了综述,并在此基础上对今后的研究方向进行了探讨。

Biological characterization of the virus,the genome and proteins of the virus,detective methods of the virus,culturing in cells,development of vaccine and reaseach of immunity were summarized in this paper,the further research emphases were also discussed.
