On Business Notices

商事公告是一种具有私法性质的商行为。我国在商事公告的主体、方式、效力、责任和救济等程序上还存在缺陷,可按照法定、效率、比例原则构建我国商事公告立法,以加强立法的层次感,完善立法体系。

Business notices are business acts that are of the nature of private law.There exist procedural deficiencies in business notices' subject,form,effect,responsibility and relief in China.Legislation on business notices can be made according to principles of legalization,efficiency and ratio so as to raise the level of business notices in the legal sense and fully develop China's law system.
