摘要
本文阐述了心理契约的涵义及其对大学生入职培训的影响,希望企业在对大学生进行入职培训时,能够从心理契约的角度着重强调建立在信任基础上的以人的能力为本的企业文化,沟通和新员工职业生涯规划。
The article, based on the precedent research, expounds in detail the meaning of psychological contract which has made impact on vocational training, hoping that corporations emphasize the enterprise culture, the communication and the plans for new employees' vocational career during the course of training from the perspective of psychological contract.
