依法治国,建设社会主义法治国家是我国社会主义法治建设的根本目标。本文认为:社会主义法治国家的构建需具备以下要素:政治民主、法律至上、法制完备、司法公正、权力制约、依法行政及权利本位。其目的在于为社会主义法治建设提供一些更为具体明确的标准,使社会主义法治建设的目标更具可操作性。

Ruling the country by law and constructing a sociaist law-governing country are the essential objective of socialist legal construction.The auther believes that the following elements are substantial to the building of a socialist law-goveming state:democracy in politics,the supremacy of law,a complete legal system,the justice of jurisdiction,the restriction of power,and the performance of official duties according to law.By writing the essay,the auther intends to supply some more definite standards for our socialist legal construction so as to make the objective of the legal construction more operative.
