正确把握思想政治教育环境的新变化和对象的新特点,牢固树立以教育关系民主化、教育内容生活化、教育方式人性化和教育过程实践化为基本特征的以人为本新理念,坚持正面灌输与循循善诱、教育与管理、继承优良传统与改进创新、统一性与多样性相结合,着力提高大学生思想政治教育的针对性和实效性。

With the rapid development of ideological and political education among college students in this new century,the 'people-oriented' new idea should be introduced into the university administration.The educational relationship should be democratized and the teaching materials should be useful while the teaching methods should be humanized and the teaching procession should be combined with practice.Classroom teaching and out-of-class coaching,instruction and discipline,traditional inheritance and educational innovation,all these should be well generalized and combined to strengthen ideological and political education among university students purposely and effectively.
