In the Chinese movie market,a host of technicalized movies produced with high technology and characterized by visual wonders have been extensively accepted since the new century.The present article makes an attempt to analyze the emerging background and aesthetic system of these movies.Such factors as the technical nature of movies,the globalized trend of technicalism,the visual-wonder-centered taste of the audience and the reorientation of movies by the government and the Bureau of Broadcasting and Television constitute the emerging background of technicalized movies.And satisfying the audience's aesthetic expectations by making visual wonders with digital technology,constructing stories based on human beings' instinctive desire of life and death and taking entertainment as the pivot make the aesthetic system of technicalized movies.
