高校负债办学的风险及其防范

RISKS AND PRECAUTIONS FOR RUNNINGA SCHOOL ON CREDIT IN THE INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHE LEARNING

高等教育正面临着很好的发展机遇,政府出台扩招政策,教育消费供不应求,但是政府对高等教育的投入远远不能满足高等教育发展的需要,负债办学成为高等教育发展的有效途径,但也有潜在的风险。高校在运用负债办学这一措施时,必须认真理解其涵义,认真分析其可行性,采取一定措施规避风险。

Higher Education is faced with good opportunities for development.The expansion policy for student enrollment was implemented by government when education supplies fell short of demands.However,the inputs for higher education supported by government cannot really satisfy the demands of speedy education development.Running a school on credit seems an efficient path and measure for higher education,although it has potential risks.Before colleges and universities take this path,its better for them to understand its real meaning and analyze its practical implications.Measures should be taken to reduce risks.
