摘要
介绍了模态分析的基本原理,并以自由状态下的平面凸轮为例,利用ANSYS软件分析得出了其前十阶模态的固有振动频率、振型模态、相对位移和相对应力的分布图,分析结果显示出了凸轮各部分结构振动的强弱分布以及抗振薄弱区,为凸轮机构动力学优化设计提供了必要的依据。
The theory of modal analysis is introduced. Through modal analysis of the plate cam, the inherent frequencies, mode shapes, relative displacement and relative stress distribution map of the first 10 modes are obtained respectively by ANSYS software. The results of the relative distribution of the vibration magnitude in the cam are given, which provide necessary guides for the dynamic optimal design of the plate cam.
