Study on Influencing Factors of Low-speed and Heavy-carried Gear for Triple Car Dumper Drives

针对三车翻车机低速重载传动系统由于载荷大、冲击重、转速低、工作环境恶劣,常发生断齿现象的工作特点,经过对其影响性能因子进行分析和探讨,提出了改善翻车机开式齿轮传动性能的思路和方法。

Through analyzing to gear of low-speed and heavy-carried for triple car dumper,several factors to affect life of gear and several method to raise life of gear are discussed.
