摘要
本文研究了以联苯、多聚甲醛为原料,不经氯甲基化反应,经4步反应合成4,4’-二(氯甲基)联苯的新工艺,同时对影响反应和收率的各种因素进行了考察,在最佳反应条件下产品的总收率达到61.5%,产品的质量分数≥98.0%。通过元素分析、核磁等确定了它们的结构。
A new synthetic route without chloromethylation for 4,4’-bis(chloromethyl) biphenyl using biphenyl and paraformaldehyde as a starting material in four steps was developed.The conditions affecting the reaction were studied.The overall yield of 4,4'-Bis(chloromethyl) biphenyl was 61.5% under the optimum reaction conditions,the purify≥99.0%. It’s structure was identified by elemental analysis and 1 H NMR.
