宜宾市医用X射线机房防护状况调查

Investigation on Protection Condition of Medical Diagnostic X-ray Rooms in Yibin City

目的了解宜宾市医用诊断X射线机房卫生防护情况,为防护工作重点提供科学依据。方法对宜宾市202家医疗单位医用X射线机房的辐射防护水平进行现场测定,对从业人员外照射个人剂量进行现场调查。结果市级医院医用诊断X射线机房合格率高,平均合格率96·85%,乡镇医院医用诊断X射线机房合格率低,平均合格率为67·26%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=11·30,P<0·01);市级医院人均有效剂量总体低,乡镇高;市级医院介入放射人员人均有效剂量最高,市级诊断人员与介入放疗人员相比,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=18·59,P<0·01)结论医用诊断X射线机房的辐射防护工作重点在乡镇医院,降低放射场所的辐射强度和介入放射人员的管理是辐射防护的有效措施。

Objective To understand the health protection condition of the medical diagnostic X-ray rooms in Yibin city and the evaluation of protection effectiveness, to further strengthen the management of medical diagnostic X-ray and to provide scientific bases for protection work. Methods We inspected the level of radiation protection of medical X-ray rooms in 202 medical institutes of Yibin city and the personal dosage of those who worked in X-ray rooms. Results The qualified rate of the municipal hospitals was high while it was low in rural hospitals. The personal dosage was low in municipal hospitals while it was high in rural hospitals. Conclusions It is necessary to strengthen the supervision and monitoring of radiation health in rural hospitals and increase health input for rural areas. The management of radiation workers also should be strengthened.
