摘要
可变径闸板防喷器作为新型的闸板防喷器,能够密封一定范围内多种规格的钻具,具有成本低、使用方便等特点。文章通过建立有限元模型,模拟了可变径闸板防喷器的工作过程,对其前密封应力的分布和变化进行了分析,探讨了产生破坏的原因,便于优化设计。
Variable bore ram-type blowout preventer,as an improved blowout preventer ,is capable of seal- ing around drill pipes with a range of sizes and has advantages such as low cost and convenience.The work- ing process of the variable bore ram blowout preventer is simulated with the finite element model.The stress distribution of the front seal is analysed,which provides the foundation for optimizing the design of variable bore ram-type blowout preventer.
