摘要
针对涩北气田储层分布井段长、地层岩石胶结疏松、各储层段特性差异大、各层段临界出砂流量变化大的特点设计了新型插管封隔器,从设计思路、结构特点、工作原理和技术参数以及操作规程等方面进行了详细介绍,通过室内模拟现场试验,各项指标都达到或超过设计指标。
On condition that SeBei Gas Field has such characteristics as long pay zone,poorly consolidated formation,different properties for differdnt zones,differdnt critical sand influx for different zones,produc- tion intervention among long zones and the lower productivity of the reservoir,the tool QHCY453-146 packer for production via tubing and casing has been developed,with which the production cost is reduced and the efficiency of the well is raised.This paper in detail describes the packer in the following aspects: its structure,principle,technical specification and its operation procedure.By means of the simulated on—site pilot,the data from the pilot confirms the designed values.
