分析了目前电驱动钻机的应用现状,提出了一种能满足高泵压、大排量钻井生产需求,特别是大井眼的改造方案。分析表明,更换电流传感器的方案具有投资小、收效大且实用的优点,可大大改善动力机组的输出功率。现场使用验证了该方案的可行性和实用性。

Recent application of electrical driven diesels analysis is presented,and a method for high pump pressure and large displacement in drilling hole well is presented as well.The predication process show the advantage of replacing current sensor brought small investment and good effectives,big output power,and also the application on site proved its feasibility.
