摘要
伊顿436WCB型刹车是一种水冷却、气动压紧、弹簧松开的盘式刹车,具有操作简单、工作可靠的特点。由于配套和使用时考虑不周及操作不当,在2004年发生了2起失效事故,失效的主要原因是冷却不佳,造成刹车副过热而失效。针对失效的原因提出了改进建议,在钻机总体设计时参考。
Eaton 436WCB is a disc-type brake of water-cooling,dynamic tensioning and spring releasing. It features easy and reliable-operation.Two failures happened in 2004 that were caused by over-heating of brake component related to unsuitable matching and improper operation.This paper presents the analysis on the cause of failure.Also the improvement for reference during rig design is presented.
