The definition of functional safety,the international and national functional safety standards and the necessity of system functional safety test are introduced.Key technologies of system functional safety test are summarized.These include safety standard architecture,integrated safety level and integrated safety lifecycle.The 'Testing Lab for System Functional Safety' which is being established by ITEI(instrumentation technology and economy institute) will be the national lab to proceed the system functional safety test.
