摘要
管道运输是现代社会中非常重要的一部分,因此,及时发现管道泄漏并报告泄漏位置的检测方法研究具有极大的经济和社会效益。介绍了基于负压波的输油管道泄漏检测与定位方法,并开发出了相应的诊断系统。详细阐述了系统的诊断原理、组成结构和应用情况。输油管道泄漏检测系统已成功应用在实际输油管线上,并取得了良好的效果。实践证明系统具有可靠性高、定位精度较准、开发成本低等特点。
Pipeline transportation plays a very important role in modern society.Therefore,R&D of detecting techniques for finding leakage in pipelines and reporting its location will be of great economic and social benefits.When the principle of a pipeline leakage detecting and locating technique based on negative pressures wave is described,the operating principle,composition and experimental application of a diagnosis system using this technique are expounded in detail.The successful system application has brought the great benefit to the user.The experiment result shows that this system features high reliability,accurate location and low development cost.
