推断测量技术在城市排水泵站控制系统中的应用

摘要 污水收集和管线输送系统是城市污水处理系统中一个重要组成部分,污水提升排水泵站是保证重力流排水系统的一个主要环节,把容积法流量计量软测量技术嵌入于泵站控制系统,使泵站控制系统在满足排水泵站自动化监控运行的同时,实现了泵站泵送流量的计量。该方法的采用,不仅节省了电磁流量计的投资,还减少了土建计量井的建造、工艺管配件及闸门的投资,降低了工程建设总成本,给泵站日常运行管理带来便利。 The pipelining sewage collection and transportation system is one of important parts in the urban wastewater treatment system,in which the wastewater upgrading drain pump station is a main section of ensuring successful operation to the gravity drainage system.Embedded into the pump station control system,the soft sensing technique for flow measurement using the positive displacement flowmeter performs pumping flow measurement while facilitating the drain pump station control system to meet the need of automated monitoring of the drain pump station.Implementation of this technique can not only save the cost of the electromagnetic flowmeter but also reduce the investment in the construction of metering wells,purchase of process pipe fittings and valves,and cut total cost of the engineering project,bringing ease to the management of pump station operation.
