摘要 根据大厂火烧高氧化率铅锑锌硫化矿矿石性质特性进行小型试验,初步探索处理该矿石的选矿工艺:采用全浮-铅锌分离流程,用XSQ和乙硫氮分别做氧化铅锑矿的活化剂与选择性捕收剂,试验指标为:铅锑精矿品位达到44.95%、回收率为60.92%;锌精矿品位达到46.37%、回收率为81.17%。 According to the properties of Dachang fired high-oxidize-rate lead-antimony-zinc sulphide ore,small scaled experiment was carry out.The mineral processing technology of handling the ore was investigated firstly: using the flow sheet of all-floatation and lead-zinc separates,using XSQ to do the plumbic and Yiliudan to do the selectivities collectors of the oxide lead-antimony mineral.Results indicate that the lead-antimony concentrate grade attains 44.95%,the recovery rate is 60.92%.The zinc concentrate grade reaches to 46.37%,the recovery rate is 81.17%.
