摘要
利用冷坩埚悬浮熔炼法制备具有严格化学计量比的二元稀土金属间化合物(RM)的原理与过程,对所制备的RM进行了材料表征和力学性能测试,并通过分析扫描断口以及力学性能数据,探讨了RM在室温下的断裂机制。
The basic theory and process of stoichiometric binary rare-earth intermetallic compounds(RM) prepared by cold crucible levitation melting were introduced.RM was studied by X-ray and mechanical properties testing.The fracture mechanism of RM at room temperature was discussed via analysis of fracture surface SEM and data of mechanical properties.
