摘要
针对目前单轮槽Conform连续挤压机存在的受挤压轮槽尺寸限制,必须采用某一特定规格原料,不便于采购的现实问题,以及对12mm2以下小截面和宽窄比大于12的产品很难挤压,挤压轮、腔体等寿命短的缺点,介绍了我公司开发的利用现有的单轮槽连续挤压机双进双出生产挤压产品的工艺方法。
The method of use two rods as feedstock to extrude two products by single groove wheel Conform machine was introduced.This method can reduce cost and extrude small section products.
