摘要
介绍了一种基于计算机数字图像处理的雷管自动生产线装药系统余药检测处理方法,将CCD摄像机拍摄的装药系统彩色图片通过HSV颜色模式转化并进行模式分类后,直接转化为二值图像,结合特定区域分析处理方法,经过腐蚀膨胀运算,以最小二乘原理拟圆的方法提取有效参数,计算余药量,以实现准确快捷实时检测余药药量的目的.
In order to meet the demands of accurately and quickly detecting the remaining powder in powder supply system on the auto product line of detonator,an approach based on the digital image processing is developed.This approach is intended to transform color images of powder supply system,taken by the CCD camera into binary images directly by selecting the HSV color model and pattern recognition,then,to process the locations.Using eroded and dilated operations with binary images,the effective parameters of remaining powder is extracted from the powder supply system based on LSM(least square method) and circle fitting finally.
