摘要
利用阳极微弧氧化技术在纯铝表面制备了陶瓷膜,研究了偏铝酸盐体系下,影响氧化陶瓷层生长的因素,并分析了电解液浓度、氧化电压、电流密度及氧化时间对阳极微弧氧化陶瓷层生长的影响.得到了电解液浓度、电压、电流密度及氧化时间对氧化膜成膜的关系曲线.利用SEM分析了铝合金阳极微弧氧化陶瓷层的表面微观形貌.实验结果表明:陶瓷层表面宏观粗糙度及膜层表面微观形貌受电参数和氧化时间的影响较大.最佳的工艺参数为:电解液浓度为30g/L、电压350V、电流密度1.5A/?2、氧化时间控制在25m in以内.
The present work is about the ceramic coating formation on aluminum surface by means of micro-arc oxidation.The effects of meta aluminate concentration in the solution,oxidation voltage,current density and oxidation time on the ceramic coating growth and properties are studied.The relation curves about the coating thickness and aluminate concentration,oxidation voltage,current density,treating time are obtained.The surface morphology of ceramic coating is tested by SEM.The experimental results show that the surface roughness and morphology are affected by electric parameters and treating time.The optimal processing parameters under present experiment are as follows: aluminate concentration is 30g/L;the voltage is 350V;the electric current density is 1.5A/㎝~2;oxidation time is less than 25min.
