Research on Construction Dimension Design of 6SPS Parallel Machine Tool Based on the Workspace Envelope Method

以6-SPS并联机床为例,对给定工作空间的并联六杆机床结构尺寸设计进行了分析与研究.以简化的球锥体工作空间为例,研究了六杆并联机床固定平台半径、运动平台半径、驱动杆杆长三者之间的关系,得出并联六杆机床结构尺寸设计的一些结论.

In this paper,taking 6-SPS parallel machine tool as an example,design for the construction dimension of 6-SPS parallel machine with given workspace is studied.Taking simple ball-cone workspace as an example, the relation among the fixed platform radius,mobile platform radius and the length of driven bar of 6-SPS parallel machine tool is discussed.Some conclusions for designing the construction dimension of 6-SPS parallel machine tool are presented.
