芦荟凝胶对放射性皮炎愈合的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:在不同水平探讨芦荟凝胶治疗大鼠Ⅱ度放射性皮炎发生的机制。方法:首先建立SD大鼠裸露背部10%Ⅱ度放射性皮炎模型,随机分成两组,对照组为自然愈合组,实验组为芦荟外涂组,实验组每日用鲜芦荟凝胶外涂辐射伤口区,每日2次。辐射伤后2、6、10、18、24、34d,每组各活杀大鼠5只。采用免疫组织化学方法,并利用图像分析技术,分别记录肉芽组织均数、创面愈合率及伤口局部碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)的表达量。结果:实验组bFGF的表达总体均数(123.82±10.58)低于对照组的表达总体均数(140.31±8.29),差异有显著性(t=2.25,P<0.05),以末期明显。实验组肉芽组织均数、创面愈合率较对照组高,两组间差异有显著性。结论:芦荟凝胶对大鼠Ⅱ度放射性皮炎有治疗作用,机制与bFGF分泌的促进相关。 Objective To observe the effect of aloe gel on the healing of radiomedatitis. Methods The rat models of radioactive dermatitis(10%body surface area+Ⅱdegree) were established by radiation on the back of rats. The rats were randomly grouped as follows: the normal healing group(Sham group, n=30) and the aloe gel treating group(Aloe group, n=30). Aloe gel was spread on the wound surface twice a day in the experimental animals. Each experimental rat was killed at 2nd, 6th, 10th, 18th,24th and 34th day after radioactive injury, the protein of basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) was assayed by immunohistochemistry. The wound healing rate and the granulation tissue rate were measured. Results The total expression of bFGF in Aloe group was significantly higher than that in Sham group at 18th and 24th day (P< 0.05). The granulation tissue rate in Aloe group was higher than that in Sham group, but there was significant difference between the two groups only at 18th day.The wound healing rate in Aloe group was higher significantly than that in the Sham group at 10th, 18th,24th and 34th day(P< 0.05, 0.05,0.01,0.05). Conclusion It is suggested that the aloe gel has therapeutical effect on radiodematitis in rats,which may be related with the increased secretion of bFGF.
