摘要
研究雷公藤根心部分的化学成分。采用硅胶柱色谱法进行分离,从其氯仿提取物中分得9个三萜化合物,经波谱分析鉴定为雷公藤素D(1),雷公藤素E(2),直楔草酸(3),雷公藤素H(4),22-β-羟基-3-氧代-12-齐墩果烯-29-羧酸(5),雷公藤三萜酸C(6),雷公藤素G(7),雷公藤酸A(8),雷公藤醇A(9)。抗肿瘤生物活性体外筛选实验表明:化合物7和9对P-388小鼠白血病细胞株的生长表现出强的抑制率,化合物1对A-549人肺腺癌表现出强的抑制率。
To study the active principles of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook. f., nine triterpenoids were isolated from this plant by column chromatography with silica gel. Their structures were identified as triptotin D(1), triptotin E(2), orthosphenic acid (3), triptotin H(4), 22-β-hydroxy-3-oxo-Δ~ 12 -oleanen-29-oic acid (5),triptotriterpenic acid C(6), triptotin G(7), wilforic acid A(8) and wilforol A(9). Compounds 7 and 9 showed strong inhibition against P-388 rat leukaemia cell line. Compound 1 showed strong inhibition against A-549 adenocarcinoma cell of lung.
