Preparation of SbSn intermetallic compound by mechanical alloying and its desulfurization properties

摘要 使用机械合金化法合成金属间化合物SbSn颗粒,并在合成的过程中添加适当助剂。考察了不同质量分数的助剂和不同球磨时间对金属间化合物SbSn颗粒比表面积大小的影响。在常温常压条件下,使用SbSn金属间化合物对汽油进行静态脱硫试验,考察了不同质量分数的助剂、球磨时间、处理时间及剂油比对脱硫率的影响。在施加直流电场的条件下,进行了动态脱硫试验,考察了电场的方向与大小对脱硫效率的影响。结果表明,动态操作时的脱硫率远高于静态操作时的脱硫率;电场的方向与大小对脱硫效率有显著影响;配以1.5 V的正电场对汽油中硫的单程脱除率最大可达38.9%。 SbSn intermetallic compound was prepared by mechanical alloying with an additive during the alloying process.The effects of the additive on the surface area of the SbSn intermetallic compound were investigated.The gasoline desulfurization was performed using the SbSn intermetallic compound under normal pressure and temperature.Several parameters which effected efficiency of desulfurization were investigated and compared in static desulfurization processes,including additive mass fraction,milling time,desulfurization time and ratio of SbSn to oil.Dynamic processes of desulfurization were studied under different electric fields.The experimental results showed that the desulfurization efficiency of dynamic processes was higher than that of static processes,the efficiency could be improved or reduced with the direction of electric field imposed,and the highest desulfurization efficiency was 38.9% in a single pass under a positive electric field of 1.5V.
