摘要
西北牧区草原生态系统极其脆弱,且与水资源的关系致为密切,水资源的开发利用稍有不慎,就会导致草原生态系统的受损,必须以生态学的观点科学合理地配置和利用水资源。
It is very fragile to prairie ecosystem in northwest pastoral area,there is closest relation between fragile prairie ecosystem and water resources system.If the water resources development and its using is not suitable,it must cause harm to prairie ecosystem.Therefore,the water resources must be used according to ecological point of view.
