烯效唑浸种对高羊茅幼苗生长及生理特性的影响 被引量:19

摘要 研究了不同浓度的烯效唑浸种处理对高羊茅RTF和Barlexas两个品种的出苗率、幼苗生长及其生理生化性状的影响。结果表明:烯效唑浸种处理对两个高羊茅品种最终的出苗率没有影响,但具有降低草层高度、抑制倒二叶的伸长和促进叶片增宽的作用,且随着烯效唑浓度的增大作用增强;另外,RTF对烯效唑的抑制作用较Barlex-as敏感。生理指标的测定结果显示,20mg/L的烯效唑处理提高了Barlexas的叶绿素和蛋白质含量,非逆境下叶片相对电导率和丙二醛含量降低,POD和CAT活性也高于对照,说明烯效唑在适宜的浓度下增强了植株的抗逆能力。 Effects of soaking seed with four concentration of uniconazole on the seeding rate,growth and physiological characters of two tall fescue cultivars(RTF and Barlexas)were investigated.The results showed that the uniconazole treatment had no effects on the final seeding rate,it lowered the seeding height,retarded the leaf elongation and increased the leaf width.The effect was intensified as the uniconazole concentration increased,and RTF was more susceptive to uniconazole than Barlexas.The chlorophyll and protein content of Barlexas seedlings increased,its relative conductivity and malondialdehyde(MDA) content dropped and POD and CAT activity increased when it was treated with 20mg/L uniconazole.
