不同温度下野生狗牙根过氧化物酶同工酶分析 被引量:5

摘要 以青衣江流域的4份野生狗牙根为材料,国外引进品种Tifway作对照,在-15℃、4℃、15℃下处理24h,进行了叶片过氧化物同工酶(POD)图谱分析.结果表明:不同温度处理后的狗牙根酶谱呈现一定的多态性,酶带产生频率在0.20~1.00,酶带相似系数0.6~1.00之间;-15℃低温处理下,材料C3与对照T表现出相似的POD特性,证明材料C3与对照Tifway具有相当的抗寒能力,可用于冬季气温相对较低地区园林景观绿化. Four native bermudagrass(Cynodon dactylon(L.)Pers) collected from qingyijiang watershed were used as experimental materials,and Tifway introduced variety from foreign country was used as control.The whole materials were treated with 3 different temperatures 15℃,4℃,-15℃ for 24 hours.The diversity of the band patterns of peroxidase isozyme of bermudagrass treated with different temperatures was analyzed by PAGE eletrophoresis,and the result showed that band frequency was 0.2~1.0,the similarity conefficient was 0.6~1.0.The material C3 showed strong cold resistance similar to the control based on the results of cluster analysis,which showed the equal ability to cold-resist and could be used for landscape greening in low temperature region in winter.
